When placing your first order, the customer has to register at our webshop by entering name, address, phone number and email-address. Each time the customer places an order, these terms & conditions must be read and accepted. The customer is responsible for unauthorized people not having access to their username and password.
We will handle all personal data that you give us at Quiltameva / Quilta.nu according to Personuppgiftslagen (Act of Personal Data). We guarantee that no personal data given to us will be sold to third party and will only be used for internal communication at Quiltameva. The email address you enter at registration will be used for Order Confirmation that is sent to you when you place an order, and also for other information or correspondence concerning your order.
You have the right to see the personal data that is registered about you. If that information ia incorrect, partial or irrelevant, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
Prices
In all of our prices 25% sales tax is included, except for books and magazines where the sale tax is 6%. We reserve the right change the price to include sales tax increases as well as other factors beyond our control that may affect the price. The Shipping rate starts at 54 SEK, and will change depending on the weight of you order. Lowest amount for the order is 250 SEK including shipping cost. Order below this amount cannot be dispatched.
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation will automatically be sent by email that we have received your order. (Please make sure that the entered email address is correct.) If some products are temporarily out of order, we will not make a partial delivery, instead we give you notice with email the following day. If a product is sold out and will not be restocked, notice will be sent by email the following day and the customer will have the opportunity to decide if they would like to replace with another product, take delivery of the remaining products on that order only, or cancel that order.
Delivery
We use Posten for deliveries and send the goods as a letter (brev) or a package (paket) that is the order will be sent home to you. Exceptions to this are if you have chosen Postförskott (cash pay at delivery) or that the goods are oversized (the sum of length, width, height is more than 900 mm), then the goods will have to be claimed at the postal service office. For uncollected goods (that will be returned to Quiltameva), we reserve the right to charge the customer for the cost of shipping and administration fees to the amount of 400 SEK.
Delivery time
The delivery time is usually 2 – 4 working days to your postal address or postal service office (when Postförskott or oversized delivery is made). When the goods reach the postal service office you will receive a notice or a Text Message (SMS available for Swedish Customers) that will confirm the postal service location where your goods can be collected. Remember that you have to show ID, when you collect your goods.

Quilta.nu uses the following payment methods
Bank- or creditcard and cash pay at delivery (Postförskott available for Swedish customers).
Return Policy (Öppet köp)
We do not take returns (öppet köp) in our webshop, since this is a very time consuming process (exceptions to this policy listed below). According to Konsumentverket (Customer Authorities) there is no act that gives the customer the right to Money back guarantee.
Complaints
If you can prove that a product that has been delivered to you, has manufacturing defects, you must immediately contact Quilta.nu/Quiltameva, +46 (0) 40 30 10 43 (talk with Eva) and describe the defects. In case of manufacturing defects the product will always be replaced with a new product or the amount of the product will be repaid, if Quiltameva/Quilta.nu will not be able to deliver a new product. You pay for the return delivery cost yourself and will be compensated for this by Quiltameva. No goods or delivery costs will be compensated unless contact with Quiltameva is made first.

Reservations
We reserve the right to "errors" on this website. All offers are valid as of the dates indicated or while supplies are still in stock. We reserve the right for the possibility that goods are out of stock. We cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true colors or sizes.
We reserve the right to change prices and content in the webshop without prior information about the updates, but the customer receives the price at the time of ordering.
It might occur, that information or details regarding our range of products and services in our webshop is incorrect, and we reserve the rights for this.
Force Majeure
In the event that any of the following conditions occur; natural disaster, authority decisions, war, strikes, non-deliveries from suppliers, costly events or similar situations outside Quiltameva’s control which could not reasonably have been foreseen or avoided that affect contracts and commitments that exist between Quiltameva and another party, which prevents Quiltameva to pursue its commitments in those agreements / commitments, will dispense Quiltameva from its obligations to fulfill the mentioned contract.
